About Me

“Vision is the art of seeing what is invisible to others.”

— Jonathan Swift

I am a photographer and passionate student of alternative process based in Spokane, Washington.

I began my photographic journey with an old Canon AE-1 my father's friend sold me and gradually shifted to medium format and digital photography. I currently use both digital and manual cameras as well as an occasional iPhone shot.

When I'm not taking photos, you'll find me exploring national parks, seeking unique "every day" photo opportunities or spending time with my family, friends and canine pals.

My work focuses on capturing a moment that inspires, whether it's landscape, lifestyle, or bringing alternative process images to life.

Most recently I  was contracted to write a book featuring the fading ads on buildings in Butte, Montana. I have had multiple photos displayed in magazines and have received honors in regional photo contests.  I continue to  take photographs of families and their four legged friends "just for fun."
